Results: Consultant for Keane's Corporate Project Implementation Services Team. Assisted Keane’s management team and client services in 6 Sigma quality improvement initiatives.

Computer Horizons Corp.
Results: Assigned to the AT&T Financial Services Organization (FSO), to capture, all business processes (fixed-assets (Oracle), tax, payroll (Oracle), accounts payable (Oracle), and treasury business areas) for the unit. Modeled the processes and created data, applications and technology architectures using Steven Spewak architecture development methodology per client request. Captured information in Excelerator V1.2 and IEF V5.2 CASE tools.
Non-disclosed Insurance underwriter.
Results: Initial role was Web site development and integration of training tools for insurance administrators. Project evolved into a timesaving and cost-effective solution by transforming the client’s existing training tools into an online training course. Created an Internet-based claims application and successfully integrated it with the client’s back-end AS/400 database and applications. An online marketing library was also developed, enabling field representatives to conveniently build customized marketing presentations on the spot.
Distance Learning
Results: Design and developed a Web-based university offering educational programs to insurance and financial services industry professionals throughout the world. The Virtual University allows students and administrators to interact, purchase curriculum, and to complete self-study degree and designation programs online. The project also enabled users to make foreign exchange transactions and to participate in certified examination and testing. R.O.I. was estimated at 200% in the first 12 months of operation.

Department of Revenue
Results: Provided management expertise, support, and standards to six (6) project teams (Development and five (5) functional departments (Fuels Tax, Corporate Tax, Sales Tax, Property Tax and Intangible Tax.). The SunTax project was to develop a unified tax accounting computer system (currently 38 taxes that DOR administers) using three-tier architecture (JAMS 7, Tuxedo, and Oracle database and OS/390 mainframe to client server). Provided a super-project plan that encompassed all functional department project plans, and project status across all five taxing agencies. A variety of Computer Aided Software Engineering tools where used such as Oracle Designer and Developer, MS Project, the LBMS Computer Aided Software Engineering Tools and the Oracle Custom Development Methodologies.
Dynacs International, Inc.
Results: Developed project plans for both command and control disaster preparedness scenarios and prepared sample tasks for a DOD Scientific Engineering and Technical Analysis (SETA) proposal for the US Special Operations Command for Dynacs, an international engineering company.

Results: Developed a Palm application to eliminate their paper forms for emergency calls, then integrated with their SunPro software network system.

Results: Designed and developed a patented CPR prompting and training application for the PalmPilot and PC desktop.

Results: Implemented a suite of Oracle database enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions optimized for the manufacturing industry. Performed customer needs analysis, methodology development, team selection and training; project planning, scheduling, and resource management; software implementation, hardware selection, and customer service initiation.

Results: Managing the design, development, Implementation, and on-going support of an ORACLE based marketing analysis system to support the ExxonMobil rollout of the Speedpass product to other retailers. System processes multiple feeds from a number of service providers as the key integration point for reporting against transactions and customer care. After the initial implementation, design was underway for a full Data Warehouse implementation as the client identifies additional capabilities and needs.

Burger King
Results: Managed a business-to-business (B2B) e-Commerce based Supply Chain Management Strategy Validation project for the 11,000+ restaurants of Burger King Corporation.
Enesco Corporation
Results: Developed a sales automation application interface for sales force and performed network integration tasks. Rubbermaid Office Products Results: Developed customized software in dBASE III+, Clipper, Visual Basic for order entry, tracking, employee absentee system, and visitor registration system for various departments at Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Inc., including Graphics, Specials, Human Resources, Plant Manager’s Office, and the Lobby Receptionist.

Results: Provided project management and business analysis skills for conversion of mainframe legacy systems to accept Digital TV data. Developing project plans, conversion packages, and estimating tools for out-sourcing software conversions. Wrote Request for Information and Proposal for vendor selection.

Results: Performed data harmonization of Inventory across clients three international regions and delivered a report with recommendations.
AT&T
Results: Lead data architect for a tasked to migrate a mainframe COBOL program to an Oracle database client-server system, under the Sales and Marketing Technology Solutions (SMTS) Division of AT&T. Reverse engineered from COBOL code the business and system processes and data elements of the program using IDEF0 methodology. Reverse engineered existing Informix RDBMS data structures into 3NF data model. Used IDEF1X methodology as implemented in System Architect CASE tool.
